At Fast Fitness we embrace all the avenues of fitness and exercise – resistance training, yoga, pilates, aerobics, spinning, running, boot camps and active living, because our main objective is to assist in achieving health and wellness. We offer all traditions of exercise to our clients in our training programs. Your fitness coach will train you through a combination of core-stability, balance and resistance training exercises in conjunction with the Fast Fitness Training System.
